Computer Maintenance & Repair Services

Service Description

The technical staff in the IT Help Center can repair computers, printers, and some mobile devices. They are Authorized Warranty Service Providers for Dell, Apple, and Lenovo and can repair these computers (except IdeaPad and Essential lines) under the terms of their warranties. We sell and install system components including wireless cards, memory, and hard drives.

Come to A109 LGRC Lowrise, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. (except holidays). University departments can also request pickup and delivery service. Call 413-545-9400 or submit an online help request to schedule a pickup time. Please have your departmental speed type number available when you call.

Note: Driver pickup service is available only during fall and spring semesters. Times may vary per semester, please call for availability (413-545-9400).

UMass Amherst is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) campus. If your device is not listed, we will make a best effort to assist you or make a referral. Please contact us for more information.
