Wireless Network Now Available in Campus Center - Wed., 2/25

February 25, 2015

Members of the University community were intermittently unable to connect to the wireless network in the Campus Center from approximately 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2015. UMass Amherst IT has restored service. Please report any connectivity problems to the IT Support Center
 

UPDATE: Exchange Email & Calendaring Now Available - Fri., 2/13

UPDATE: Exchange Email & Calendaring is now available for those connecting to their Exchange accounts from Windows 8.1 computers running Microsoft Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013. If you continue to experience problems, please contact exchangehelp@oit.umass.edu.

Moodle Now Available

February 12, 2015

Moodle is now available following an outage that started Wednesday evening, February 11, 2015. It was resolved today, February 12, 2015, at 12:00 p.m. During the outage, some students were not able to access certain courses in Moodle. If you continue to have problems with Moodle, please contact the IT Help Center
