SPIRE & Go.UMass Portal Unavailable from 5:00 p.m. - Fri, 2/27

SPIRE and the go.umass.edu portal will be unavailable beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2015 until mid-morning on Saturday, February 28 while we perform routine maintenance. If you experience problems with SPIRE after this maintenance window, please clear your browser's cache before contacting the IT Help Center during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.). 

Wireless Network Now Available in Campus Center - Wed., 2/25

Members of the University community were intermittently unable to connect to the wireless network in the Campus Center from approximately 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2015. UMass Amherst IT has restored service. Please report any connectivity problems to the IT Support Center
 

UPDATE: Exchange Email & Calendaring Now Available - Fri., 2/13

UPDATE: Exchange Email & Calendaring is now available for those connecting to their Exchange accounts from Windows 8.1 computers running Microsoft Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013. If you continue to experience problems, please contact exchangehelp@oit.umass.edu.
