UDrive Now Available After Morning Outage - Fri., 7/3

UDrive was unavailable from approximately 2:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Friday, July 3, 2015. Service has now been restored. If you continue to experience problems accessing UDrive, please contact the IT Help Center. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. 

Moodle Unavailable from 8 a.m. - Tue., 6/30

Moodle will be unavailable on the morning of Tuesday, June 30, 2015 beginning at 8:00 a.m. for up to five hours, while we perform a scheduled upgrade to Moodle 2.8. If you experience problems with Moodle after the scheduled maintenance period, please contact the IT Help Center.

Security Alert! New Phishing Scam Targets UMass Amherst Email Credentials

Members of the UMass Amherst campus community have reported an email with the title "Email Validation!" claiming to be from "UMASS Mail Administrators." This message asks the recipient to respond with their username and password "for verification in order to keep your account active."

Caution: This email did not come from the UMass Amherst Information Technology or UMass Amherst; it is a phishing scam, designed to trick you into giving out your personal information and infect your computer.
