Moodle Now Available

November 19, 2015

Moodle is now available following an outage that started Thursday morning, November 19, 2015 at approximately 9:30 a.m. It is resolved as of 10:30 a.m. During the outage, instructors and teacher assistants were not able to access courses in Moodle. If you continue to have problems with Moodle, please contact the IT Help Center

Location Update: TechTalks: Cyber Threats and Trends with the FBI

Due to popular demand, the UMass Amherst TechTalk event, Cyber Threats and Trends with the FBI, has moved to a larger venue. The event will now take place in room N151 in the Integrative Learning center on Friday, November 20, 2015, 11:00 am to 12:00 p.m.

UPDATE: Exchange Email & Calendaring Now Available - Tue, 11/10

UPDATE (11:30 a.m.): Exchange email and calendaring are now available following this morning's outage. If you continue to experience problems logging into your Exchange email account, please contact IT User Services (413-545-9400 or 

We are receiving reports that Exchange email and calendaring are unavailable as of 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. UMass Amherst IT is currently investigating. Other email services, including Apps at UMass Amherst and UMail, are operating normally.
