Starting on Monday, January 14, 2013, members of the University community can contact the OIT Help Center for all their technology support needs, including OIT Account creation, software consulting and support, and computer repairs and maintenance. Consultants are available to answer computing questions in person (A109 LGRC Lowrise), online, or over the phone (413-545-9400). The Center is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (except holidays). Please note:
- Hardware and software support services previously provided by the OIT Repair Center are now available through the OIT Help Center.
- On Friday, January 11, the OIT Help Center will be temporarily relocated to A119 LGRC Lowrise between 1:00 and 4:45 p.m. while we complete the transition to our new space.
